New In : Simpson’s Pool Table!

At Liberty Games we pride ourselves in having the largest range of pool tables for sale in the UK, and that means that we always try our best to have a table to suit everyone. With that in mind we’ve managed to source a table for those of your with a penchant for the yellower side of life… that’s right a Simpsons pool table! (well you probably knew that from the image on the right)

At 4.5ft this table is more bart simpson pool cueaimed at the younger player (or the young at heart) and provides a perfect introduction to the wonderfull world of pool tables for the younger player with its cool graffiti look and yellow simpsons-esque cloth. And at 4.5ft its perfect for slotting into kids bedrooms.

The table comes complete with everything you need to get playing, 2 cues, a set of pool balls, chalk, triangle and set-up tools, however for an extra £20 (selectable on the product page) you can grab yourself the 48″ Trickster two piece pool cue set, to Bart up your cue as well!

Something you want out of stock ? We’ll let you know when it’s back…

Following on from our previous post on the return of the Strikeworth Jet to stock, we thought we’d quickly cover a feature of the Liberty Games website which can alert you when there is an out of stock item that you would like buy.

Whenever possible we try and keep all our most popular products in stock at any one time. However sometimes due to the weight of demand or occasionally supply constraints there are some products that we can’t immediately get our hands on. But don’t worry if we have been given a date when we’ll be receiving more stock we’ll have this date on hte product page, and you’ll be able to pre-order so you can be top of the queue when they do come back in.

However sometimes we can’t quote an accurate date, in this case take a look out for our ‘email me when back in stock’ link at the top of the product listing:

Strikeworth Jet 6ft Air Hockey – Back In Stock!

Here at Liberty Games we always try our hardest to have our most popular products in stock at all times, however sometimes demand really does just outstrip demand, and this was the case with the awesome Strikeworth Jet air hockey table. New Fireball Football Tables Added To Our Range

Fireball Football TablesFollowing on from our announcement about our new range of ITSF approved football tables, we’ve got some more great news for all you foosball fans out there… we’ve got another two great tables to add to our already pretty comprehensive line-up!

We have the Fireball Tour & ITSF competition models now ready for delivery at £645 and £725 respectively.

Fireball are well known for building a sturdy yet good looking table at an affordable price and these two tables are no exception!

The Tour model is towards the higher end of the home football table market, with a rugged construction on-par with a competition table, this table is built to last and play like the best.

As for the ITSF competition model, this table has been accredited by the ITSF (International Table Soccer Federation) for use in tournaments world-wide, making it the ultimate home foosball table that could potentially kick-start your foosball career!

New range of ITSF Approved Table Football Tables

International Table Soccer Federation LogoHere at Liberty Games we pride ourselves in being the games room specialists. We always want to have the most complete range of games room equipment on the market, and with that in mind we are proud to launch our new section of table football tables which are all ITSF approved.

The ITSF is the world’s governing body for all things foosball, and amongst others they organise the ITSF World Tour & ITSF World Cup. However in these competitions they don’t let people use any old tables, they must be official ITSF Approved tables, sanctioned by the ITSF for use at world cup, world championships, world championship series, international events, mater series and the pro tour.

There are also ITSF Recognised tables, which have been sanctioned by the ITSF for the practice of table soccer leading to major international competition. Such tables can be used in the ITSF International Series, Master Series and Pro Tour Events.

They don’t let any old tables into these tough categories, they must all meet precise build requirements and prove themselves capable of standing up to the rigours of competition play!

So with that in mind for all you serious foosball players (and budding serious foosball players!) we’ve put our range of ITSF approved tables in our new ITSF Approved Table Football Tables section. At the moment we have six tables that match up to the tough ITSF requirements but we’re working hard behind the scenes to secure more models and hope to have some exciting news for you all very soon!

Until then the tables you will see there are all of excellent quality, sturdy build, everything you would expect from an ITSF approved table. Just the thing to get practicing on before taking on the world!

New stock of Pinball Machines just arrived! – Batman, Ironman & Shrek

New Pinball MachinesWe’ve got some great news for all of you pinball fans out there! Liberty Games have managed to secure stocks of three of the most popular modern pinball machines, in limited quantities, straight from Stern in the USA.

After completely selling out over Christmas we weren’t sure if we would ever see these titles again, as normally Stern will product pinball machines in runs so that one one title has sold out it will never be made again. As harsh as this seems you can understand their logic with all the unique parts that go into each pinball machine the run system is the only way they can work it. Plus for those people lucky enough to grab one of the future classic machines, you’re actually sitting on a limited-run investment!

Anyway that said, using out pinball contacts we’ve managed to get hold of some Batman, Iron Man and Shrek pinballs. As previously mentioned these have been extremely popular movie franchised pinball machines, all complete with original characters and sound effects from their movie namesakes.

You’ll see familiar story-lines from the movie franchises appear in the games – which are based around the entire series rather than individual movies, so Batman encompasses Batman Begins & The Dark Night, Ironman is Ironman 1 & 2 and so on…

Plus as an added bonus we’ve got hold of videos of each of these great machines in action, so you can see for yourself the rich colourfull gameplay and hear the cool sound effects.

These are definitely modern classics in the making so why not treat yourself to one of the most iconic pieces of games room equipment while these particular models are still around!
