Profit Share: Earn Money With No Cash Outlay & NO RISK:
 
If you manage or own a commercial premises (pub, club, student union etc) you may have considered installing some coin operated amusement equipment to improve your facilities and create additional income streams.
 
In the past the standard business model was for a machine operator (us) to provide the premises (you) equipment on a fixed weekly rental. Any money that the equipment took above the rent was yours to keep. The only (and rather major) problem with renting was the burden of yet another weekly overhead on your business with no guarantee of a profit. If you had a quiet week and the equipment did not take much cash, you still had a rent to pay.
 
There is another way....
 
Profit share eliminates risk completely. In this model the equipment is installed in your premises and maintained Free of Charge. We both make our money by taking a cut of the equipment takings on a monthly basis (Usually 50:50 split ) we also send a collector to your premises monthly to divide up the take.
 
Below is a simplified breakdown of how the agreement works (example is a coin operated pool table)
 
Please take these points as a guide only.
 
* Liberty Games will provide x1 7f by 4ft coin operated pool table (includes 2 cues, triangle, chalk)
 
* The equipment will be installed at a mutually convenient time in September 2009
 
* Liberty Games will send a representative to collect from the machine at monthly intervals. During collections the VAT element will be removed before the remaining take is split 50:50
 
* Liberty Games will re cloth the pool table and perform general maintenance every 3-6 months (the frequency depends on the use of the table).
 
* Should a fault occur with the table, Liberty Games will endeavour to send an engineer to site within 2 working days
 
* If the table is damaged maliciously, the cost of repair will have to be taken from the following months take prior to the 50:50 split
 
* Liberty Games reserves the right to remove the table if any of the extreme circumstances outlines in Clause 8 of the contract occur.
 
* The contract runs for a minimum period of 12 months
 
Currently, Liberty Games restricts its profit share activities to locations in the South East of the country. The viability of the agreement from our side is dependent on the distance we have to travel to service/ maintain your equipment.
