The first in the 'House of the Dead' series was released by Sega in 1997 and comes in a standard size upright cabinet.
Make your way through a haunted mansion filled with crazed zombies, chainsaw-wielding "undeads" and other nasty creatures!
The game allows you to aim and destroy specific body parts. (i.e. you can blow off the arms of a chainsaw-wielding undead enemy), although blowing off their heads is the fastest way of killing them. Awesome and one of the best selling modern video games!
The House of the Dead is a terrifying and exciting shooting game in which you gun down living corpses in a house of terror. You are a special investigator sent to rescue a captured research worker, but in the course of your ordeal you'll learn the secrets of the House whether you want to or not... What will be the fate of the researcher and his fiancee Sophia? Gun down all the creepy inhabitants as you try to unravel the puzzle!
The House of the Dead features a multiple-plot system of different shocking scenes every time you play! For the first time ever in a shooting game, the story unfolds according to the player's actions so that each game holds new discoveries. Players can win repeately, each time building on their score. The story develops in different directions from an early stage of the game, allowing even beginners to enjoy the different plots.
The corpses insane expressions invite you into a world of fear where the story develops at a rapid pace. The game creates fear and terror with realisitic graphics and a story filled with puzzles - just as if you'd fallen into a real horror movie.
Gameplay Features:
The storyline is totally interactive. There's different rooms and enemies everytime you play!
Each scene gets more intense! Enemies become more deadly as you become more accurate.
Shoot objects such as doors, barrels and boxes to find hostages, power ups and more enemies!
Attackers will cause you to lose life torches. You can find more life torches and power ups hidden behind objects.
To reload the gun, shoot away from the game screen. The gun can hold six bullets at a time.
Levels:
Level 1 - "First Chapter - Tragedy" Battle your way into the house by blasting beasts from the dead!
Level 2 - "Second Chapter - Revenge" Fight your way throught the main floor of the house on your way to a confrontation with the boss enemy!
Level 3 - "Third Chapter - Truth" Find secret passages and rooms in the upstairs level of the mansion.
Level 4 - "Final Chapter - House of the Dead" - This is it - the final test!

Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
This product is delivered by our dedicated courier service who will contact you by telephone to pre-arrange a convenient delivery day and a time (usually within a 2 hour slot). Delivery of this product can take between 3 to 4 weeks depending on your location.
Deliveries will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). If there is a significant delay to the delivery route then the driver will ring you directly to advise a new time.
Please note that delivery times may be extended for areas in Cornwall and Devon.
Our courier will deliver and set up your product in a ground level room of your choice; however, we do ask that you check your goods will fit in your property and that any entranceways, hallways, corridors etc are free from obstruction.
If you require delivery to an location that is up or down stairs please contact Liberty Games for a quotation. We will require precise measurements for the stairwell and any landings. Liberty Games reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location we feel cannot be reached in a safe manner.
Please remember to inspect any goods you receive and check for damage. In the unlikely event that damage is found please reject the goods and ask the driver to return them. The signature of the person accepting goods is proof that delivery has been successful and you are happy with the condition of the product.
