Delivery Information

This product is delivered by our dedicated pallet delivery service who will contact customers by telephone to pre-arrange delivery dates. Delivery is usually within 2 to 3 working days.

Deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If there is a significant delay to the delivery route the courier will call the customer to advise a new delivery time.

Our courier will deliver your product as close to the front of your property or garage as possible - assistance may be required so please have an able bodied person available to accept delivery.

Please remember to check all deliveries for signs of damage. In the unlikely event that damage is found please reject the goods and ask the driver to return them. The signature of the person accepting the goods is proof that delivery has been successful and you are happy with the condition of the product.

This service does not include installation or delivery up or down steps.
