Standard Delivery

This product is delivered by our dedicated 2 man courier service who will contact you by telephone to pre-arrange a convenient delivery day and a time (usually within a 2 hour slot). This product is imported into the UK and delivery of this product can take 4 to 6 weeks.

Deliveries will take place between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). If there is a significant delay to the delivery route then the driver will ring you directly to advise a new time.

Our courier will deliver your product to a ground floor room of your choice; however, we do ask that you check your goods will fit in your property and that any entranceways, hallways, corridors etc are free from obstruction. This service does not include delivery up or down steps.

Delivery to areas in Cornwall and Devon may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Please remember to inspect any goods you receive and check for damage to parcels. In the unlikely event that damage is found please reject the goods and ask the driver to return them. The signature of the person accepting goods is proof that delivery has been successful and you are happy with the condition of the product.
