The Apex Customisable Multi Game arcade machine delivers modern, top quality gaming in the finest retro style possible and will fit into almost any environment - your home games room, a work space or communal area - thanks to its elegant sleek design.
Boasting a 20 inch Hi-Def TFT screen, an ergonomically positioned and angled control panel and measuring 65cm in depth and 56cm wide, the Apex is a compact stand up arcade that plays like a dream and will give you years of classic arcade enjoyment.
There is plenty of room to personalise your Apex cabinet with the option to add PS3 and XBox 360 compatibility, illuminated buttons, an authentic arcade track ball controller, a retro arcade spinner just as was found on the
original Arkanoid and Quester cabinets, USB light guns for shooting games and choosing a custom colour for the cabinet and the marquee design (please contact Liberty Games for more details on custom colours / logos).
You can choose to have your Apex machine to be set up in three different formats: Apex Play, Apex Media and Apex Elite - the cabinet remains the same but the features and options available are very different (see below).
The Apex arcade machine comes pre-loaded with 350 classic retro arcade games which will keep you entertained re-living past favourites or discovering gems you haven't played before.
The Apex Media and Elite models will also give you the option to add more games, emulators or programmes.
Three Models to Choose From, the Apex Play, Apex Media or Apex Elite
The Apex is available in 3 different versions which will suit your requirements of your cabinet - the outward appearance remains the same but they are very different on the inside.
Apex Play System
The Apex Play is perfect if you are just into your hardcore gaming - this version is aimed at classic video gaming with a set PC board, 2.1 stereo sound and custom game menu.
Apex Media System
With the Media model you can add your own games and emulators as well as using a host of multi-media features - as well as over 350 licensed games, the Apex Media is compatible with MAME and other emulators enabling access to more games via the bespoke selection menu.
The Media doubles as a multi-media centre, with ports allowing you to connect Light Guns, Spinner controls, Track Ball controls, MP3 players and digital cameras as well as surfing the Internet or watching DVDs on the hi-def screen.
Apex Elite System
All the features and games from the Play and Media with added multi-media functions - the Elite model allows you to access emulators, PC games or educational packages via the USB ports and Blu-Ray drive and with an HDMI output you can connect to a larger screen and watch Blu Ray discs using the palm-size keyboard / mouse as a remote.
