Your order will be delivered by our dedicated two-man courier service to a ground floor room of your choice.

Please ensure you include a current telephone number and email address with your order.

You will be contacted by telephone 24-48 business hours after placing your order to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

Stairs
If you require your item delivered up to a first floor or down into a basement, please select the 'Upstairs' option from the delivery menu. A charge applies for this service. A few steps ascending or descending to your primary access point do not need to be considered.

Delivery regions
Our delivery is free and covers the majority of the UK Mainland. The following postcodes are subject to a surcharge and slightly extended delivery charges: AB, DD, PH, FK, KY, PA20+ and G80+.

For customers in offshore locations, islands and IV / KW postcodes in the north of Scotland, please call us to arrange a delivery and obtain a shipping quote.
