About This Product
A fast, exciting pinball table with a very quick playfield.
Based on the story of Mata Hari, the legendary Dutch exotic dancer and double agent, this pinball machine first hit arcades in 1978. It was made in two versions; solid state electronic and electro-mechanical, and ours is the SSE.
The gameplay is fast and clean. Drop the eight targets to get your score up and then go for the outside ramps, before using the bumpers to hit the saucer-shaped pinball retainer for a bonus multiplier. Enthusiasts really rate the speed of play on Mata Hari – you’ll need lightning reflexes to keep the ball on the table.
The playfield, designed by Jim Patla, is nicely illuminated, displaying exquisite artwork by Dave Christensen. Beautiful, fast and nostalgic, and freshly reconditioned by our experienced pinball technicians, the Bally Mata Hari certainly lives up to its name.
