About This Product
Travel through time with this classic sci-fi reconditioned pinball machine!
Captain William ‘Buck’ Rogers was one of the first modern science fiction superheroes. Originally appearing in a novella in 1928, his futuristic time-travelling adventures have since become the stuff of legend.
By 1979 the Buck Rogers TV series was launching on NBC, and Gottlieb were commissioned to release a special commemorative pinball machine the following year. The result was John Buras’s first credited pinball table design, featuring striking artwork by Gordon Morison.
At the top of the playing field the captive ball feature controls drop targets, rollovers and scoring. Hit the red drop targets to build your bonus through five stages, and the yellow targets to boost your multiplier. Activate the red drop targets by completing B-U-C-K illuminated rollovers – this game is all about accuracy.
With a fast, flowing playfield, great sound effects and challenging gameplay, the 36-year-old Gottlieb Buck Rogers pinball machine has travelled through time and space to become part of your collection.
