Delivery & Installation of your pool table includes:
Two Man Delivery Service – Delivered to a ground level room of choice
Call Ahead Service – Our courier can call you one hour before they arrive so you don’t have to stay in all day
Installation - Assembled and levelled by trained fitters
This product is delivered and installed by our dedicated fitting team who will contact you by telephone to pre-arrange a convenient delivery day and a time (usually within a 2 hour slot).
Slate Bed Pool Tables are built to order in UK based factories. This process can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the model (please refer to product listing for more information). Once the table is ready it will be collected by our installation team and delivered and installed to the customer within the following 5 to 10 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be extended for areas in Cornwall and Devon.
Deliveries will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If there is a significant delay to the delivery route then the driver will ring you directly to advise a new time.
We will deliver your table to a ground level room of your choice; however, we do ask that you check your goods will fit in your property and that any entranceways, hallways, corridors etc are free from obstruction.
Your table will be assembled in your desired location by our trained fitters, including bolting legs to the table, fitting cushions to the rails, placing the slate palying surface into the main body of the table and ensuring all ball runs and pockets are free from obstruction. They will also level the table to ensure a completely flat playing surface.
Please remember to inspect any goods you receive and check for damage to parcels. In the unlikely event that damage is found please reject the goods and ask the driver to return them. The signature of the person accepting goods is proof that delivery has been successful and you are happy with the condition of the product.
