This product is delivered by a single person dedicated commercial courier to your front door. Delivery can take between 3 and 5 days and customers will be advised of delivery date by email.
Delivery is at any time between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and requires a signature. This standard service does not include a timed delivery and customers must be available all day to accept goods.
Delivery is guaranteed to a front door of a ground floor property. We strongly recommend that an able bodied person is available to accept delivery and take parcels inside.
Please remember to check packaging for any obvious signs of damage. In the unlikely event that damage is found please point out to driver and ask them to return the consignment. By signing as received in good condition you are indicating that you are happy with the goods and delivery has been completed satisfactorily.
Assembly and delivery up or down stairs is not included with this service.
Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.
Free delivery is to England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands only. For areas north of Glasgow or overseas please check delivery surcharge or contact Liberty Games for a shipping quotation before making your purchase.
