Product Description
Back in 1980 a new pinball machine introduced arcade-goers to a whole new concept of gaming, by adding a second ball while the first was still in play. That concept was Multiball, and it has become an extremely common feature on pinball machines ever since it was first seen on Firepower.
It might have been new, but it wasn't easy. Expect to fight hard to unlock the Multiball mode. When you get close the machine will count you down with speech, sound effects and tension-building light shows.
Another new feature introduced on Firepower by game designer Steve Ritchie was lane changing - switch from a lit lane into an unlit lane at the flick of a wrist. But the big points are most easily scored on the spinner shoot accurately for it, with both balls if youre good enough to unlock them!
With so many trailblazing features packed into one cabinet, its no surprise that collectors are fighting among themselves to get their hands on Firepower. Weve got one, supplied fully reconditioned, tested and ready to go, just a click away.
Firepower was originally released to the arcade, public house and amusement trade industry in 1980. This cabinet was originally used in this type of commercial environment. When you place your order with Liberty Games we will take the game out of storage and put it on the shop floor at our HQ in Epsom, London where our technicians will fully recondition the game.
This process involves our technical staff fully testing all the component parts to ensure it is in fully working order as well as cleaning the machine and making any repairs that may be needed. As this is a previously used product please be aware that there will be signs of cosmetic wear evident when it is viewed.
