Lightning is a fast, hectic pinball machine by Stern. It was released in 1981 to players who loved its split-level playfield, critical drop target shots and Viking theme.
Shoot carefully and light all the stand-up targets on both playfields to unlock the 3-ball Multiball mode, but be careful the ball locks will take them straight back out of play again. Hit the three drop target banks for more points, and use the bonus multiplier to get your score right up there. Achieving the first threshold awards 30-second bonus time.

Reconditioning Process
Lightning was originally released to the arcade, public house and amusement trade industry in 1981.
This cabinet was originally used in this type of commercial environment. When you place your order with Liberty Games we will take the game out of storage and put it on the shop floor at our HQ in Epsom, London where our technicians will fully recondition the game.
Reconditioning Details
This process involves our technical staff fully testing all the component parts to ensure it is in fully working order as well as cleaning the machine and making any repairs that may be needed.
As this is a previously used product please be aware that there will be signs of cosmetic wear evident when it is viewed.
- Subject to a full reconditioning process by Liberty Games technicians - all parts will be serviced and the table will be left on test for 24 hours before dispatch.
- There may be signs of cosmetic wear when viewed up close - images shown are stock pictures and actual cabinet may vary slightly.
- Liberty Games recommends keeping your pinball table at room temperature for maximum performance.
- While this table was originally manufactured for commercial use due to its age and status as a collectible piece we would recommend using in a domestic or light communal use environment. Our 12-month parts repair / replace warranty covers the table under this use. If you wish to use the table in a commercial environment we will offer a six-month parts repair / replace - service call outs may be chargeable for repairs caused by heavy use.
