There are very few pinball themes that can encapsulate such big personalities, serious excitement and iconic sounds than WWE and the game play is designed to build up the fun and tension as you compete in a string of matches taking you along the golden road to Wrestlemaina!
Game Design And Features
The game designers have made sure that the machine is packed with unforgettable scenes from the world of wrestling as you train hard for every match they throw at you. On your journey the trademark voices of Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawlor guide you through the action and comment on your progress.
The cabinet and back glass artwork were created directly by the art team at WWE and are completely unique on the Pro and Limited edition models.
- The signature feature on both the Pro and Limited Edition models is the Wrestling Ring. This superbly designed upper playfield is accessible directly from the plunger and via both ramps.
- What makes the Ring so unique is the use of player controlled 'slammers' (sling shot kickers) to drive the ball into the ropes, hit targets and even throw your opponents out of the ring.
Game Play And Experience
The key idea is to send the ball into a single kick out hole in order to 'pin' the opponent down for the count of three and win the match.
If a ball is thrown out of the ring during the match, a unique bumper combination designed to create a feeling of chaos throws the ball out in a variety of different directions, to keep players on their toes
- Your long road to Wrestlemania sees you becoming United States Champion, Tag Team Champion, Intercontinental Champion and finally World Heavy Weight Champion.
