At the 3/4 position is a brass screw joint. It's machined precisely for a tight fit that transmits all of your shot power directly from your arm to the cue ball. When the game is over, 'break' the cue at the joint to reduce its length for portability or storage. It's also very useful for those games rooms where access is limited by furniture or walls - simply remove the butt to gain more clearance.
Handmade Rosewood & Maple Splice
The main shaft is made from quality ash wood, especially selected for its consistency. For decoration there is a beautiful handmade splice formed with cuts of rosewood and maple, giving the cue an elegant, yet understated look. The tip is fitted via a brass ferrule, making it easy to replace the tip when needed.
