Sixteen hand-splices of selected Gabonese ebony and striped Canadian maple go into the butt of a Britannia Steel Poseidon snooker and pool cue. This elegant cue begins as an air-seasoned piece of North American ash, shaped and straightened before being hand-spliced to the Gabon ebony butt.
After this, the decorative splices go on to create a subtle cue with a beautiful finish. It plays as good as it looks, too. The ebony butt is weighted at around 18-20oz, and the 9.7mm Grand leather tip is fitted with a stainless steel ferrule. An additional thread is provided in the butt for the included 6-inch extension. The Poseidon is as straight as an arrow and plays like a dream, and is ideal for the expert player.
