The Rapier is a professional snooker and pool cue, designed for the experienced player. Part of the Britannia Steel range, it's fitted with a 3/4 joint and a ferrule, both made from aircraft-grade stainless steel. The ash main shaft has been air-seasoned before being hand-spliced to the ebony butt.
Four thick-cut maple veneers go under four ebony veneers, before being covered again with four more veneers of maple. This gives the Rapier that beautiful two-tone effect from the butt all the way past the joint. Gabonese ebony is a naturally dense timber, and weights the cue naturally at around 18-20oz.
