This product is delivered by a commercial courier pallet service which will take no longer than 3 to 5 working days. Customers will be emailed with a delivery date.
Delivery can be anytime between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Times deliveries are not possible with this service.
Delivery is to a ground floor front of property only - please note that delivery driver may require assistance with unloading if there is no nearby parking - we recommend that an able bodied person is present to accept delivery.

Question:
Can I use machine indoors and out doors?
Will steam/fumes set off smoke alarms?
Answer:
The machine can be used both indoors and outdoors. When being used indoors, depending on the size of the venue, the steam could potentially set off smoke alarms if the room is not well ventilated. It isn’t a great deal of steam but providing the product is not in a really confined space – it should be okay.
