Your product will be delivered by our dedicated courier service
to an accessible ground floor location of your choice
. Customers will be contacted by telephone to arrange a date and a time slot will be advised the day before delivery. Delivery will be in 5 to 10 working days depending on your location.
Delivery will take place on a week day (excluding public holidays) at any time between 7am and 7pm. In the unlikely circumstance there is a significant delay to the delivery route, the driver will call you directly to advise a new time as soon as possible, that is convenient to yourself.
Standard delivery does not include assembly of the product or lifting the product up or down stairs.
*Advertised delivery times may increase by an additional 4-5 working days for locations in Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall.
