Product Description
Not everyone with a jukebox has crates of vinyl to load up. If your music collection resides on CDs instead, the Marshall Rocket CD jukebox could be your perfect solution. It combines the awesome looks and fine-tuned audio quality of the Sound Leisure Marshall line with a cutting-edge S3 Unity CD autochanger mechanism - perfect for those CDs currently languishing in the loft!
The officially-licensed Marshall partnership isn't just a name badge! The Rocket CD's audio components, including the SL-D4 amplifier, have been especially tuned and EQd by Marshall engineers, giving you an awesome quality of sound right across the entire spectrum, and at all volume levels. Marshall sound engineers are among the best in the business, creating sound solutions for some of the biggest music artists in the world. You'll be amazed at how good your favourite tracks sound.
The S3 Unity CD mechanism holds up to 80 CDs in a rack that also features easy-view title cards at the front of the cabinet, so you can browse and choose your favourite tracks and load them instantly. You can also build full playlists by adding individual tracks or albums, allowing you to create the ultimate musical arrangement for your home or venue, whatever the mood.
And when you've exhausted all your CDs, link the Rocket CD to your personal device via Bluetooth to enjoy playback from streaming services like Spotify or Apple Music. This gives you the ability to play - well, almost anything. Additionally, an AUX input allows you to connect smart home devices such as Alexa or Sonos, so you can integrate your music centrepiece with your smart home setup. And an AUX output allows you to link the jukebox with your own external speakers and control the volume independently of the jukebox - not that we think you'll need them!
The CD autochanger is visible to all inside the enclosed upper cabinet, nestled in behind glass panels so the technologically-curious can see exactly how each CD is chosen, loaded and played. The title cards flip as you browse, making it intuitive and fun to select your next song.
The Marshall-driven audio hardware is world-class indeed, with two-channel independent stereo channels rated at 60w RMS per channel for a perfect combination of power and clarity. Five-way speakers including one sub, two mids and two tweeters are carefully choreographed for excellent sound balance via the SL-D4 amp. With 3-way adjustable EQ, a low-volume 'Loudness' bass boost setting and even a microphone input for those karaoke sing-song nights, the Rocket CD really does have all the ingredients for filling any room with superb, crystal-clear sound.
The cabinet is handmade at Sound Leisure's workshops right here in the UK. It's finished with lots of design features that are inspired by Marshall, such as the adjustment knobs, fret cloth, the iconic logos and the tough outer skin made of Tolex, a type of vinyl used widely on amplifiers and live music hardware with a unique and recognisable look.
All of the metal parts are made from cast aluminium with zinc plating for durability and sumptuous good looks, and low-energy LED lighting systems make it glow beautifully in low light. The LCD display automatically dims in low light, and the included infra-red remote control means you don't even have to move to adjust your volume or track selections.
Make your CD Rocket unique with some choice upgrades. If you're buying for a public venue, like your bar or club, you can charge for credits by adding the optional coin mechanism. This way, you can open a new income stream and allow your customers to set the mood - just like the jukeboxes of yesteryear! You can also have your title cards prepared, printed and pre-inserted. Simply add the option and send us a list of the 80 CDs you want added. If you don't need this service, then you'll get a subscription to Sound Leisure's Label Magic software included, that allows you to quickly and easily make and print your own title cards. And we can even preload your CD collection into the machine, too.
Finally, add a matching dust cover complete with Marshall logo. It's perfect for keeping dust out, and protecting the jukebox and its internal technology from sunlight and accidental spills and knocks. These are only available when purchased alongside a Sound Leisure/Marshall jukebox, making the dust cover an exclusive and rare accessory!
