Product Description
The rare and desirable 1997 Williams Electronics pinball machine. Addictive, complex gameplay, an intricate playfield and a wicked sense of humour make the original Medieval Madness one of the most sought-after pinball machines around. Only 4,000 were originally produced, but more recently its spawned its own modern reconstruction in Medieval Madness Remake. However, for real collectors only the original fully reconditioned by our trained technicians will do.
The medieval-themed gameplay (rumoured to have been loosely based on Monty Python and the Holy Grail) keeps fans coming back game after game. Your goal is to attack the castle using the pinball or a range of other projectiles unlocked through minigames and level completions. Enter the Catapult Ace minigame to fire cows and cats at the castle (complete with comedy sound effects), or go head-to-head with a rival knight in Joust Champion.
Rouse the peasants into a revolution in the Patron of Peasants level, and use a ramp diverter to fire a ball into the castle tower and free a damsel in Defender of the Damsels. Drop the Troll pop-ups with accurate headshots, and finally storm the castle by shooting through the portcullis. Destroy it six times to enter Wizard Mode, where you must take a variety of difficult shots to defeat the King of Payne once and for all.
Featuring a cast of hilarious characters including alcoholic lords and mafia wiseguys, as well as Saturday Night Lives Tina Fey playing one of the Damsels, Medieval Madness is a piece of pinball history and one of the most widely-acclaimed machines around.
