Space Invaders: Arcade legend meets pinball icon. Alien-Style Artwork Originally released by Bally in 1980, Space Invaders is based on the legendary arcade game of the same name. Collectors are drawn to the spectacular backglass art with an illuminated infinity mirror, and the cabinet graphics, which are said to resemble the works of Alien artist H.R. Giger.
For some, Space Invaders remains the finest pinball backglass ever created. Production of this machine was ceased early due to legal action, making this machine extremely unusual. Special Widebody Cabinet This is a Widebody machine, with a large, open playfield boasting extra width and four flippers.
Gameplay Experience
Shoot the horseshoe if you dare, and build your score, before aiming for the Space Invader stand-up targets or spinners and look out for the ball capture! One special target lets the ball drain into the plunger lane, adding bonus points to your score and giving you an extra shot.

Reconditioning Process
Space Invaders was originally released to the arcade, public house and amusement trade industry in 1980 and was a huge hit. This cabinet was originally used in a commercial environment.
When you place your order with Liberty Games we will take the game out of storage and put it on the shop floor at our HQ in Epsom, London where our technicians will fully recondition the game.
Maintenance & Warranty
Liberty Games recommends keeping pinball equipment at room temperature for maximum performance. We would always recommend that you keep the machine clear of dust and dirt, and that care is taken switching the machine off and on.
For further information on maintaining and cleaning your pinball machine Liberty Games has a technical helpline that runs Monday to Friday between 10am & 5pm. Liberty Games supplies all pinball equipment with a 12 month on-site manufacturing warranty not suitable for commercial use.
Delivery & Set Up
- This product is delivered by a two man courier to a ground floor location as standard. Please see below for further delivery details.
- This is a Bally Widebody cabinet, and as such may be too wide to fit through some doors or throughfares. Please measure all access carefully and call us if you are unsure.
