Product Description
Expert pool players will know the value of a good break cue. These specialist cues are designed to maximise shot power and durability at the expense of fine control. They're ideal for starting a game with a powerful, decisive break shot that might damage a finer cue, but they're also great for long power shots where pinpoint accuracy is important.
The 57-inch Rhino is well-named. It's a solidly-built, rugged cue with plenty of driving force behind it. The main shaft is Canadian maple timber, especially chosen for its heavy density that keeps the cue stiff under impact, thus transmitting maximum force into the cue ball. It's built for power - so let the Rhino take a run-up at your next break!
But for all its single-mindedness, the Rhino is also very user-friendly. It's a two-piece cue with a joint at the 1/2 position, making it easy to carry around for when you travel to games. The 1/2-joint is made from stainless steel, again chosen for its minimal flexibility and maximum shot transference. A comfortable, synthetic PU leather material covers the handle, gently padding the shock of powerful break impacts on your hand, wrist and arm, and improving grip.
At the sharp end, a wide 10mm tip with a flatter profile again priorities shot power over ball control. This sits in a durable stainless ferrule for the best resistance against impacts. For intermediate and expert players with a menagerie of different cues, and for novice players who are learning advanced break techniques, the Rhino is an essential addition.
