The Slimline combines commercial-standard components and modern styling with a quick-release, lift-off cabinet. The cabinet's shallow depth makes it easy to carry through doorways and restricted spaces. The Slimline can be installed where other slate bed tables just won't go.
At nine inches deep, the slim body gives the table its name. The result is a clean, simple design built to either 6ft or 7ft British spec, with classic features and a level of game performance to match any pub table.
A three quarter-inch slate bed, carefully honed and perfectly flat, creates a play surface of excellent quality. Tournament-standard cushions are fitted for optimal ball rebound, and the lined pockets direct balls through the table into the ball collection area via an internal chute network.
The tough, wooden cabinet is designed to be hard-wearing and resilient. It sits on a pair of broad, strong legs that span the width of the table and four feet, with individual height adjusters, allow for precise levelling. Chrome-coloured corner caps finish the styling beautifully.
The Slimline is designed to be one of the most portable, manageable slate bed tables on the market. The top frame's lack of depth makes it relatively light and easy to move. Simply release eight retaining catches inside the table and lift the frame off to reveal the slate.
The table then easily disassembles and can be moved. Whilst not as portable or light as an MDF table, among slate bed models the Slimline is the first choice where space is limited, or where a table may need to be occasionally moved.
The Slimline comes complete with a set of red and yellow 2-inch balls, two 48-inch pool cues, a plastic triangle and chalk. You can upgrade to a set of American-style 2-inch spots and stripes balls for a small surcharge.
