The Meteor makes a bold statement indeed. The chassis and legs are based on metal girders, giving this table an air of post-industrial architecture. It's perfectly at home in contemporary city apartments or in traditional games rooms.
Made to order by experienced craftsmen in France, the Meteor combines world-class play performance with aesthetic engineering that will draw attention as a centrepiece in any room.
A sectional three-piece slate provides a consistent game and a perfectly flat play surface. Pointed cushions provide the kind of lively rebound that an American table needs, and drop pockets store the balls after potting.
Over this is stretched an American speed cloth, giving the kind of fast-paced game that players of American pool require. See below for more details on cloth choice.
The Meteor can be converted into a spectacular dining table with the addition of the optional table tops. Simply lift these into place and create a seated space for eight or more of your guests.
As standard, the Meteor is finished with an Oak top frame. You can choose to have it made in Larch, or in a lacquered paint finish, or even in Altuglas - a kind of transparent toughened glass material. The choice is yours.
Your table will come with a complete set of pool accessories, so you can get playing straight away. It'll also include a selection of maintenance products, to keep your table in perfect condition.
Also included is our expert installation service. Our technicians will assemble the table in a ground floor room of your choice, and leave it levelled, set up and ready to play.
We offer the full range of colours from Hainsworth's Elite Pro range for your Meteor. This 365gsm cloth is made from a worsted cloth weave designed to offer smooth performance, high ball speeds and a long-lasting finish.
View the swatch and then choose your preferred colour from the dropdown menu. Whichever you choose, the Elite Pro's fade-resistant technology ensures that it'll look sensational for a long time.
You should be sure that your chosen table size fits in your room. Use this diagram as a guide for checking the amount of cueing room you'll need for both 7ft and 8ft tables.
