Product Description
The Champion Arch gives a very modern take on the classic game of shuffleboard. The squared-off cradle makes the entire table look contemporary and up-to-date, meaning that the Arch can be installed pretty much anywhere and make a real statement.
The play surface is truly tournament-quality, so you can be sure you're getting the best shuffleboard performance money can buy. With a special polymer coating, concaved profile and easy-to-use climatic adjusters, the Arch is just as modern as it looks.
The table design is based on the span of a bridge, with large, chunky crossbraces curving from leg to leg. Each arch, like the legs and the cradle, are created in solid maple, handmade at Champion's Texas factory. Each foot is fitted with a level adjuster for precise adjustment.
Minimal detailing means that the Arch is slab-like and uniform, a very clean visual effect that fits perfectly in contemporary, modern spaces. This striking table makes a real statement in any surroundings.
A three-inch playfield, honed from Canadian maple and finished to precision, gives true tournament-quality performance. It's very slightly concave in its profile, which helps pucks to stay in play even during risky shots up the edges.
Champion's patented Handicap Scoring system is unique to this manufacturer. It 'handicaps' experienced players and allows novices to gain an advantage, levelling the field and allowing groups of mixed abilities to play together. It works particularly well on public tables in bars.
The Arch is shown in its standard finish of Rustic Gray on Maple. It suits the industrial style of the Arch's leg braces perfectly, and complements the shape to create a stunning visual effect.
Or you can pick from the full range of Champion finishes, and have your table made in whichever takes your fancy. The range of stains and finishes means that you can match the table to your space with ease.

Key Features
Shuffleboard is a unique game, sharing elements of curling, bowling and petanque. Players slide their pucks up a long, near-frictionless playfield with meticulous precision, scoring points for accuracy.
Since the 1940s it has become very popular in the USA, and more recently it's being played in the UK in bars, venues and homes.
In shuffleboard, you push your puck firmly up the table so that it slides along the play surface. At the far end is the scoring zone. The closer your puck gets to the end, the higher your score - but be careful not to push it off the table entirely.
Each player or team starts with four pucks. Skilled players will aim for the opponent's pucks, bouncing them off the table or using them as a brake. It's a cool-headed, tactical and exciting game, packed with suspense. Click the graphic on the left to expand and read more.
