Product Description
If you're looking for the finest performance in shuffleboard, the Champion brand is the one to choose. One of its flagship models is the Championship Line, which packs world-class play quality into a beautiful cradle.
It takes all of Champion's considerable experience in making shuffleboard tables over the last 30 years, and crams it into a modern cabinet with styling to match. The Championship is a cut above the rest.
You can have your Championship Line built in either Red Oak or Maple Veneer. Either way, your cradle will be honed by hand from the best cuts of timber in the United States, and prepared for assembly by Champion's own master craftsmen.
The legs are broad and support the weight of the playfield and cradle with ease. Each of the round feet has a level adjuster built in, and climatic adjusters are fitted to the playfield mounts within the cabinet.
Pucks glide smoothly and almost without effort along the refined Champion playfields found in these tables. Made from Canadian maple, the playfield is shaped to give it a slightly concave profile, which helps to keep pucks on the table.
Also helpful is the Handicap Scoring system. This patented addition allows novices and experienced players to compete on equal terms. It's ideal for tables in public places where different abilities are involved.
Whether you choose an oak or maple table, you'll have the full range of finish options available to you. The tables in the main images at the top of this listing show the standard finish for this table, which is the Natural Maple option and looks great with a subtle two-tone effect.
But if another finish takes your fancy from the options below, just select it in the menu to commission your very own Championship Line table.
Included with every Champion shuffleboard table is an accessory pack, comprising 8 x pucks, 1 x Powder, 1 x Silicone Spray and 1 x Board Wipe. It's everything you'll need to start your first game.
Delivery and installation is also included. Our team will build and set up your table, leaving it perfectly levelled and ready to play on. They'll also show you how to maintain your table and prepare it for play.
Key Features
Shuffleboard is a unique game, sharing elements of curling, bowling and petanque. Players slide their pucks up a long, near-frictionless playfield with meticulous precision, scoring points for accuracy.
Since the 1940s it has become very popular in the USA, and more recently it's being played in the UK in bars, venues and homes.
Like conventional shuffleboard, you push your puck firmly up the table so that it slides along the play surface. In rebound shuffleboard, you bounce the puck off the back wall and back into the scoring zone, which is divided into points bands.
Each team has four pucks. As with conventional shuffleboard, you should aim for the highest score possible whilst attempting to push your opponent's pucks out of the scoring zone or even off the table entirely.
Champion Shuffleboards have been produced in Richland Hills, Texas, for over 30 years. It's the world's biggest shuffleboard brand. Expert craftsmen make each table by hand, applying the Champion polymer finish - the first polymer playfield finish in the world.
The brand is considered the world's number one for quality, gameplay and longevity. Another table in the range, the Grand Champion, is Europe's best-selling shuffleboard table, and the 22ft version is used in the European Championships.
Each table is made from quality materials and styled by experienced designers. Whether for your home, your commercial venue or any other space, by buying Champion you know you're buying the very best.
