Family-Friendly 9ft Cabinet Length
The main cabinet is wood composite, made to 18mm in thickness for durability. It's coated in an attractive, tough driftwood finish, giving the X-Glide a rustic visual effect that suits any games room. Those striking X-shaped legs add stability and style, with a cross-brace running the length of the table. Level adjusters are fitted to each foot so that you can make fine adjustments.
Most shuffleboard tables are large, heavy items that are intended for permanent installation in commercial venues like bars. The X-Glide, however, is more compact and easier to move. It will go where most shuffleboard tables can't fit, and can be installed against walls on two sides to save even more space.
Low-Friction Playfield & Carpeted Drop Channels
The play surface is specifically designed and manufactured to provide very low friction and arrow-straight, accurate glides. It's made from high-quality MDF wood composite, which is moulded and flattened before being sealed with a glossy low-friction laminate coating. Traditional scoring zones are marked at both ends of the playfield.
Surrounding the playfield are the drop channels. This is where your pucks will land if your aim isn't good - or if your opponent knocks them off the playfield! The drop channels are lined with carpet. This helps to reduce the noise of pucks falling in, and also cushions the pucks, preventing damage. Scoring abacuses at each end of the table are flush-fitted into the top rail, making it easy to keep track of the score.

You'll be able to play as soon as your table arrives, because we've included a starter set of accessories. There's a set of eight 2-inch, 270g pucks, specifically matched to the compact X-Glide to give the best performance for its size. We also include a 60g tube of shuffleboard powder - an essential accessory that enables the weights to slide correctly. And there's a brush and pan, too - so you can sweep up and reuse the powder.
You can add an optional two-piece tabletop to your order. This top is perfectly matched to the table finish, and creates a useful space on top for storage or display. It also protects your playfield against damage or spills - so you can get the most out of your X-Glide.

- Please note - the table body arrives in one box, which is 9ft long. It's important to check the access route through your home or premises to ensure it will fit. A starting point would be to extend a tape measure to 290cm and walk it along the route, and check whether it touches anything.
