Product Description
In a world where most table tennis tables look the same, dare to be different! The RS Folding table from RS Barcelona is a spectacular, stylish entry into the home table tennis sector, with unique styling elements and essential features combining into a must-have item for any games space.
It's built to standard full-size table tennis table dimensions, and folds up neatly for storage when not in use. There are two finishes to choose from - White and Black. The Black finish is suitable for occasional outdoor use, when covered up in between games and regularly cleaned. The White finish is recommended for indoor use only.
Combining premium materials with the knowledge and design to create a table that performs just as spectacularly as it looks, the RS Folding is built around a steel chassis with chunky support struts and a wide base with four castor wheels. The main legs and sidepanels are made from a beautiful, hard-wearing iroko wood timber, and when folded, the table stands vertically, making it easy to roll away and park in a corner.
When folding the tops, there is a locking handle at the top of the playfield underside. This locks each top into its folded position for safety. You can even unfold one half and leave the other half vertical, to create a 'playback' position for practicing with rebounds. The play surface itself is made from HPL, a type of resin composite that affords durability and - crucially - a good, lively bounce.
With two finishes on offer, you can choose from Black or White, and pick the finish that matches your style best. If being played outdoors, we'd recommend the Black version, used with a cover and regularly cleaned. The White version we recommend only for undercover areas.
Whatever your style or living space, the RS Folding combines contemporary modern style with exotic, high-quality materials, and introduces a versatile, high-performance table tennis table that's immense fun to play.
