Eight Games & Up to Four Players
Five of the best games from the original Golden Tee franchise are preloaded into this machine: Golden Tee Classic, Golden Tee 2k, Golden Tee '99, Golden Tee '98 and Golden Tee '97. Each one features multiple courses to play, with 18 holes in each course. That gives you hundreds of holes to master, with different course features, traps, obstacles and wind conditions to overcome. Three extra games are included too - Strata Bowling, Shuffleshot and World Class Bowling.
Up to four players can play together, with turn-based games allowing you to compete for the high score. As anyone who originally played this game in the pub with friends will tell you, Golden Tee can be an incredibly social game to play. And you'll also get access to global online leaderboards, so you can chase those high scores right across the world!
Original Trackball Control
Golden Tee has used a trackball for control ever since the very first of its arcade machines. It gives the player supreme control over swing, power, direction and more, with certain trackball roll combos producing different spin and directional results. With a bit of practice, it becomes second nature to control your ball just like you would by swinging a club.
The other controls are simple - two buttons for rotating the player left and right, a volume adjuster for the stereo speaker system, and an on/off switch. The screen is a 19-inch LCD monitor, and the cabinet is sturdy, tough and built to a larger size than other Arcade1Up machines. With an arcade-style illuminated top marquee, it's a brilliant game for anyone's home, and is suitable for all the family and friends to play.
