Since the first commercial version of Big Buck Hunter hit the amusement arcades in 2000, the franchise has proved to be a perennial hit, with lots of new arcade machines and new game versions announced over the last 20 years. And they've been successful on console platforms too, with many of the most successful arcade editions making the switch to the home gaming market. If you've ever played a Big Buck Hunter game, you'll know how addictive they are - and if you haven't, then now's the time.
For One or Two Players
Explore each of the included games at your leisure. As soon as you switch on the machine, you'll enter the menu. Simply choose your game, select one player or two, and get ready to go hunting. Grab your special light gun rifle and load up. The guns are equipped with pump action for fast reloads, and are calibrated for excellent accuracy.
In Big Buck World, stealth is key, and you'll need to progress carefully and quietly - or you'll be seen. You'll discover wild ecosystems full of majestic animals, rivers, trees and more, with plenty of different hunting sites to explore. Go further afield on hunting treks and safaris, and track all kinds of animals from all over the world. You'll also see and interact with other animals on your expeditions, giving all four games lots of longevity and a very high replay value.
With Light Gun Rifles
This awesome cabinet comes equipped with a pair of guns that fit into built-in holsters. It also comes with a special marquee sign for the top of the machine, that really makes your Big Buck World machine look like it's come straight from the amusement arcade. It's fitted with a 17-inch LCD monitor for crisp, bright graphics and colour rendition. And immersive sound, with volume control, means you can adjust the game music and sound effects to your preference.
The cabinet itself, like most Arcade1Up arcade machines, is 3/4-size. It also comes with a special 1-foot riser, decorated in Big Buck World artwork. This riser lifts the machine up by approximately one foot, taking it from 124cm high to 154cm. If Big Buck Hunter is your thing, this is the closest you'll get to the original arcade games at home.
