Unique ProActive Cushion System
The single-piece slate is carefully milled, diamond-honed and flattened to create a perfectly-level playfield. To this is fitted a premium cut of billiard cloth. Choose either Victoria, a woollen cloth for British pool, or Atlas, a faster, American-style nylon speed cloth, in your pick from a range of colours.
SAM’s own ProActive cushion system ensures that the cushions perform consistently along their entire length, with no weak spots giving a poor rebound. The cushions are mounted to the aluminium top frame securely with a profiled fit, and this makes for truly impressive cushion response all around the playfield.
Tough Plywood Body
The cabinet itself is made from a thick, tough plywood. This gives the Atlantic great strength and durability, but at a lighter weight than hardwood and with more resilience than MDF. It’s perhaps the perfect compromise.
Inside the table is the ball return system. When potted, balls roll along the internal ball chute - which is carpeted, to mute the sound of rattling balls - and collect in the ball box at the baulk end of the table, ready for re-racking. Pocket liners are fixed without pins and specially shaped to prevent bounce-out.
BAPTO Championship Table
The result is a table that provides true tournament-quality billiard play. It has been used by BAPTO for its annual pool finals for 15 years, and is a regular choice for pool halls, professional matches and sports centres across the UK.
It’s also a very popular home table. Regularly installed in private games rooms around the world, the Atlantic’s wide choice of finish and cloth options make it.
Optional Coin Mech
For commercial installations, a coin mech is essential. It allows you to charge for games, opening an income stream and keeping all balls secure inside the table. Inserting a coin unlocks the balls, which all roll to the end of the table for racking. When potted, they return to the ball drawer until the next game is paid for.
A white ball separator ensures that potted white balls are returned to the other end of the table, which is freely accessible. This allows you to respot a potted white ball immediately and continue the game.
Unique Contactless Payment Option
This table is available with the Contactless Payment system, exclusively available through Liberty Games. Now your customers don't need to ask for change - they can use their contactless card, mobile phone or payment system to instantly add credits.
The system deducts the price of a credit from your customer and instantly sends it to your account. The balls are released immediately. It's quicker and easier than using coins. Read more in our guide to contactless games tables.

The Atlantic is assembled, installed and levelled by trained fitters. They’ll build your table carefully before checking it’s all perfectly level, and leave you to play your first game.
We include a large bundle of accessories with this table, such as full-size cues, a ball set and lots of maintenance products. It’s all you need to play on and care for your new table.

Delivery & Installation of your pool table includes:

Installation
- Assembled and levelled by trained fitters
This product is delivered and installed by our dedicated fitting team who will contact you by telephone to confirm the delivery day and a time (usually within a 2 hour slot).
For deliveries up or down stairs please contact Liberty Games before placing your order so that we can prepare a quotation if necessary. We will require details measurements of stairwells and any landings.
Slate Bed Pool Tables are built to order in UK based factories. This process can take between 9 - 10 weeks depending on the model (please refer to product listing for more information). Once the table is ready it will be collected by our installation team and delivered and installed to the customer within the following 5 to 10 working days.
Deliveries will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If there is a significant delay to the delivery route then the driver will ring you directly to advise a new time.
We will deliver your table to a ground level room of your choice; however, we do ask that you check your goods will fit in your property and that any entranceways, hallways, corridors etc are free from obstruction.
Your table will be assembled in your desired location by our trained fitters, including bolting legs to the table, fitting cushions to the rails, placing the slate playing surface into the main body of the table and ensuring all ball runs and pockets are free from obstruction. They will also level the table to ensure a completely flat playing surface.
Please remember to inspect any goods you receive and check for damage to parcels. In the unlikely event that damage is found please reject the goods and ask the driver to return them. The signature of the person accepting goods is proof that delivery has been successful and you are happy with the condition of the product.

Please remember to check the condition of the items - should there be any signs of damage please inform the driver as signing for the goods otherwise indicates that you are satisfied with the condition they have arrived in.
