The Strachan 861 is the new IPA tournament cloth, as used in all of their tournaments. Specifically developed for blackball pool, or British 8 ball, this worsted cloth gives unparalleled play performance.
It's a fast cloth with a very consistent roll. 861 cloths are consistent across the entire playfield, but also across different tables. So if you practice on your local table with 861, you can be sure that another table with 861 on the other side of the world will feel familiar.
Allows Advanced Techniques
This cloth is extremely reactive and allows skilled players to show off advanced spin techniques, and to find shots that might not be available with other cloths. For tournament blackball players, the 861 is without equal.
It's also easy to maintain, requiring only minor attention to remove imperfections and chalk dust. Brushing and ironing between games is less important to preserve the table's performance. The 861 is a true tournament cloth with performance to match.
