Extend Your Cloth's Lifespan
Protect your pool table's cloth with Liberty Games' own purpose-made racking cloth. A racking cloth is used to lay over the main cloth whilst racking up balls for a new game. Over time, the repeated placement and movement of balls during racking can wear the cloth, eventually causing threadbare patches or dimples.
The racking cloth protects your cloth. It absorbs any impacts from ball placements, keeping your main cloth in perfect, undamaged condition for much longer. To use, flip the cloth over the end of the table. Put the triangle on top and place the balls using the correct formation (following our handy printed guide on the cloth, if you need to!). Slide the triangle forwards, remove the racking cloth and triangle - and break!
Reduces Wear & Damage from Repeated Racking
The Liberty Games racking cloth is made from premium napped Hainsworth billiards baize and is intended for slate bed pool tables of any size - British or American. It is usually fitted as part of the table assembly process on a new table, but can often be retrofitted to your existing table by tacking up underneath the top rail.
If your pool table sees heavy use, particularly if installed in a public venue like a bar, pub or club, a racking cloth is essential. It's also perfect for home games room tables where ball racking can be a little clumsy. Make your main table cloth look new and play better - for longer!
